     Board members are elected for two year terms in the Spring of each year. There are term limits for all members of the Board of Trustees of the Elysian Charter School. Board members may run for one additional term of two years after having served two years during their first term.

     Any parent or guardian in the school and/or any Hoboken resident may run for the School Board. Anyone who is an employee of the school may not serve on the Board.

SPRING 2008 BOARD ELECTIONS

Here is a brief re-cap of the Annual Meeting and voting results from this years board election. We had 127 members cast ballots out of a possible 253. In the past two years; we had 133 and 140 total votes cast. This means that approximately 50% of our membership traditionally votes in the Annual Election.
